Heroic idealization

Dominance hierarchy

Competitive contest

Hierarchy is the natural structure of human organization, strength commands, weakness yields. Collective will, tribal solidarity, and shared mission take precedence over individual comfort or abstract principle. Softness and compromise are liabilities, resolve and clarity are the virtues that matter.

Life phase: youth.

Social unit: tribe, nation, movement.

Social structure: monocentric — single axis of command, all others subordinate

Key spheres: politics, military, religion - power is the primary lever of social change.

Time: mythologized past and projected destiny, time as the weight of collective obligation.

Mindset: mission.

Objective: participate in societal struggle, expand collective influence.

Action: build and enforce strict hierarchy for total group mobilization.

Development: increase viability in direct forceful opposition.

Emotional baseline: intense and polarized, swinging between fierce elation and dark brooding hostility.

Era type: authoritarianism.

Shadow: blind to individual human cost, mistakes cruelty for strength.

Character

Every encounter has a power dimension - dominance or submission, never indifference. Force, the heroic register, and punishment are not last resorts but default instruments, presence is felt as pressure.

Universal Cycle

Energy: accelerating kinetic conversion - latent potential mobilising into directed, compressing force.

Economic: recovery and mobilization phase (Kondratiev) - capital and collective will organising around a new direction, expansion into open ground.

Dramatic: rising action - conflict escalating, power being tested, stakes raised; the audience cannot yet look away.
