Create, do things first
Venturing
Pushes beyond what is known and accepted. It takes in the new freely and acts on it without waiting for permission.

At its best
Sees a possibility before others do and has the nerve to act on it. Curious, inventive and quick to start.
Under strain
Starts too much and finishes too little, and treats limits that matter as if they were optional.
With others
Lively company that gives people room. It wants the same room back and chafes at routine.
At work
Research, invention and first versions of things. It needs partners who carry the work to the end.
