Stimulation here does not refer to motivation, or any kind of verbal encouragement or praise. Instead, it means practical, financial stimulation. For example, a team carrying out a task, or a cooperative engaged in some form of handicraft production, needs to be properly managed, and the common income (which is shared but then divided proportionally to the contribution) must be distributed correctly to motivate people to work. This is the most challenging part—how to distribute money among people so they don't end up fighting, and to maintain good relationships. This type excels at this role. A foreman. A master of team contracting.Possesses strong business qualities. When they are passionate about a task, their work capacity increases significantly. Motivates colleagues with beneficial offers rather than coercion. Distributes collective earnings according to each person's contribution and enjoys working in small groups. Sympathizes with others' troubles through action rather than emotion. Does not compromise if they feel slighted. Does not tolerate familiarity. If misunderstood, they withdraw into themselves. Though they may seem indifferent, they can be quite jealous and distrustful, hiding it under a mask of aloofness. Strongly resists demands that exceed the agreed terms.
