Subtype Description

Once he takes on a task, he will persist until he makes progress (by directing others, pushing them forward from behind) and achieves results. He allocates resources, organizes the implementation of new programs in available territories, or seizes a foothold. This is a raider-type Marshal. He seizes something from others, installs his own people, advances his system, and so on. This Marshal possesses the most managerial qualities of a leader. He often doesn't hesitate to use any means to capture a foothold for further advancement. Once he captures it, expect the next push, and another-he won't stop until he has captured everything. He advances in bursts, but doesn't put himself on the front line.A decisive and action-oriented person. Very persistent: once sets a goal, will dedicate all energy to achieving it. Shrewd and calculating, constantly pushes those around to take action. Highly effective in business, especially in competitive environments and when managing difficult projects. Operates both directly and through intermediaries. Controls people by imposing will on the weak or offering advantageous terms to the strong. This subtype is a strong-willed, determined, goal-oriented person who is aggressively ambitious and demanding. Being energetic and active, he grows up developing uncommon ways of doing things. He achieves his goals by any means possible and is able to make enormous sacrifices in resources for his cause. He operates both directly and through intermediaries. He knows how to manage people, imposing his will on weaker parties, or offering favorable conditions where possible. He is quite proud, but sensitive, although he tries to conceal this. Considering it a weakness, it is unthinkable for him. In anger, he is insensitive to other people's shortcomings. He is a natural leader, though failing to overcome obstacles lowers his vitality. Configured for achieving realistic targets, as flexible a tactician, he is able to adapt to the process. He never hesitates taking risks, weighing chances of success on the fly. He will not rest till his targets are reached. He dislikes indecisive people who evade bold action. He rejects advice, preferring to make all decisions on his own. He can listen while conversing, but has to have the last word. Bureaucrats are intolerable to him. When under pressure, his resistance is even stronger.
