The first type, in the first quadra, with the first subtype. 'At the core of everything lies an unmoving force,' which provides the initial push, which this type provides, and everything starts to move. Their task is to initiate an innovative project, something that no one believes is worth pursuing. To be the first to give it a start and ensure that this push isn't stifled. They are characterized by pushing everyone towards something new, to launch a project that is genuinely new (in terms of ideas, places, people) and to make sure it doesn't fizzle out. They will keep pushing it until it can stand on its own and can sustain itself.Focused on innovative actions with a long-term vision, rarely straying from chosen path. Involves others in active work. Rarely gives compliments, but when does, they are well-deserved. Resourceful and quick-witted in practical matters. Enthusiastic in debates, often asking many 'why?' questions. When making decisions, considers the opinions of specialists and stands up against pressure. An optimist, always ready for new ventures. Unafraid of long trips or unfamiliar places. Struggles to maintain stable, conflict-free relationships with people.
