I'm not allowed to express myself the way I'm used to. Suddenly, it's like something holds me at that lower level. At first, everything seems okay with them, but the more they come together and interact, the more the energy drops. And then, a breakup is inevitable.

For the supervision to settle in, and even start developing stability like in Mirror relationships — just take turns, periodically stepping into each other's shoes. “I supervised you and I want it to always be this way” — that won't last long; a rebellion against you is inevitable. Give them the chance to supervise you, then they'll do it, calm down, and afterward you can go again. Relationships can take different forms and shift from one into another.

This energy was intended for some use, but it either dissipates or goes to the supervisor. Psychological nourishment—one loses energy, and the other gains it. But they are not rivals to each other—they're just on different rungs of the food chain.
