The supervisor (↑) constantly monitors the supervisee (↓), paying attention to weak point. Monitoring the partner's actions, but impossible to engage them in the action — they listen, understand what is wanted from them, but can't do it. And if they do get involved, they later want to take revenge on their supervisor for dragging them into it.

A one-sided shutdown. At first, it seems fine, but then you start to feel like you're being held back, restrained — I can't act the way I want to, and my energy starts to get suppressed, pushed down. I'm not allowed to express myself the way I'm used to, like something holds me at that lower level. And the more they come together and interact, the more the energy drops. Then, a breakup often is inevitable.

For the Supervision to settle in, and even start developing stability like in Mirror relationships — just take turns, periodically stepping into each other's shoes. "I supervised you and I want it to always be this way" — that won't last long; a rebellion against you is likely. Give them the chance to supervise you, then they'll do it, calm down, and afterward you can go again.
