Business Relations
Partial superego. Different goals but similar means. They strive for different things but act using some of the same tools.
Relationships of equal partners.
First come the arguments, and then, for a while, understanding.
Business relationships are a type of equal partnership. In such connections, there is an increase in energy and an inflow of necessary—yet over time excessive—information from the partner.
Both partners usually share similar temperaments (in terms of reaction speed and action).
In business relationships, there is an energetic boost. There arises a desire to work actively and achieve results. This positively affects both social and individual growth.
These relationships share a common approach to work, but the goals differ. It's advisable to discuss who is pursuing which goal—while you may align on methods, over time, it can turn out that each person has their own, quite "unexpected" plans.
This can lead to a feeling that something important was left unsaid, which may cause resentment.
Such relationships positively influence social adaptation. The pair develops social contacts and gathers information useful for fulfilling role functions. They are great for skill-building (ethics types help logic types and vice versa).
They are particularly suitable for project-based or short-term work. Also ideal for a reset or shake-up during difficult life situations—these relations add energy and momentum.
However, it's not advisable to fixate too long on trying to convey your point of view—it won't be effective. Over time, competition and grievances may arise, which the partner may not even understand. There can also be fatigue from excessive, unnecessary information.
These relationships remain somewhat unclear, and attempts to reach mutual understanding rarely yield results. So, it's better to avoid deep discussions about the relationship itself. Instead, focus on the effective time spent together, the energy, and the new opportunities that arise when you're around such a partner.
